Continuous PU Sandwich Panel Forming Machine

This production line is a kind of specialized equipment for producing sandwich panels with the middle layer of anti-combustion polyurethane or polyisocyanurate or phenolic polyfoam and with colored steel sheet or aluminum foil as the top and bottom face layers. The panel is mainly used as the ventilation pipe for central air-conditioners, insulation panels for cool room, and roof and wall panels for prefab buildings.

Main Specifications:

1. (a) Thickness : 30-150mm

(b) PU foam density : 40±5 kg/m³ ( or depend on requrement )

(d) Thickness of steel : 0.4mm~0.8mm

(e) Surface material: GI/PPGI panel, Aluminum foil or PVC
